Offering an open floor plan, river access, sleeping for 28 and exquisite attention to details with the finest construction, this mountain home is the perfect choice for your family gatherings or group retreats. The main level features an open and spacious living area, complete with floor to ceiling gas fireplace in the great room, flat screen TV and ample windows and glass doors leading to the covered porch overlooking the beautiful New River. The even more sitting space in a living area with shared full bath. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a large farmhouse table with seating for 12. Additional seating for 7 is available at the bar in the kitchen. The roomy master on the main level features a queen size bed with private master bath complete with a claw foot bath tub and walk-in tile shower.
The upper level offers four bedrooms, two with a queen bed each and two with two twin beds each. There’s also a sitting loft with flat screen TV and sleeper sofa and the entire upper levels shares a full size bathroom with tub / shower combo.
The finished lower level is perfect for all the kids featuring 8 bunk beds, that’s 16 twin beds (small children ONLY), pool table / ping pong table, two TV’s, card table and split bathrooms with two walk in showers. There is plenty of comfy seating around too.
As beautiful as the interior of this home is, you will find so many reasons to enjoy the outdoors too. The expansive covered porches and decking offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor dining while being protected from the sun or rain. Take in the stunning mountains views or enjoy the beautiful common area right on the river just a couple of minutes’ drive away.
