This Banner Elk Rental is situated in a private resort community that features tennis courts, a heated outdoor swimming pool, Watauga River access for stocked trout fishing, kid's swings, a clubhouse that seats about 75 (rental fee applies) and community hiking trails. Behind the living area is the kitchen which is equipped with all your needs including a microwave. This house has cable TV, phone and DVD player. This is a two level house with one bedroom and one bath on the main level. There is a staircase in the living area that leads upstairs where there is a bedroom and bath and laundry area with washer/dryer. There is a deck off of the living area that overlooks the river. Air conditioner in the upstairs bedroom. 1 Double Bed, 1 Queen, 1 Queen Sofa Bed, 2 Bathrooms. High speed internet is available.
