Located on over 2 private acres, its wooded setting with seasonal mountain views is secluded and quiet and is only 5 minutes from Boone and Valle Crucis and 15 minutes to Blowing Rock.

The main level has a living room with leather sofas, gas-log stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and 50-inch cable HDTV with DVD player, a covered deck with rockers and a 6-person hot tub, two bedrooms, with one queen-sized bed and cable TV, and another with two queen-sized beds and cable TV, a full bathroom, a large dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs has two bedrooms, the master suite with a King-sized bed, cable TV, sitting area, and private full bathroom. At an elevation close to 3200 feet the temperature rarely get's above 80 degrees in the summer time, so come beat the heat.
