Whispering Hills Resort grand opening Friday
Whispering Hills Resort, The Ridge Hotel & the Ivy Restaurant announce their grand opening at Heavenly Mountain on Friday, June 12, at 7 p.m.

Wine tasting and hors d’oeuvres will be provided.

For this special occasion, primadonna soprano Alessandra Marc of the Metropolitan Opera of New York City will present an evening of song and festivities.

Marc recently sang for President Obama and in “Turandot” at Lascala Opera House in Milan, Italy.

Good Morning America has proclaimed Marc as the “greatest opera singer in America today.”

Also in attendance will be Susan Saltzberg, said to be one of the world’s greatest yoga teachers, from Barcelona, Spain, as well as Swami Ramananda, author of “Bliss Now.”
